Mr. Darshan Kumar Kargal has naturally acquired an acute business sense and has aspired to create newer avenues for DEPL in the coming years. Being the face of the new-age DEPL, he intends to use his engineering and management knowledge base to oversee the newer branches within the DEPL universe. With his unmatched drive and a sense of the new age digital world, he aims to dive right into exploring niche sectors like gas and cable infrastructure networks. Sandeep Baldev Budhrani, is an independent director of the company since February 2022. He has over 3 decades of experience as a Techno Commercial Management Professional in the UAE and India in Channel Management. He possesses relevant expertise in marketing, strategy, and international business with specialization in the UAE market. He also has relevant experience in large publicly listed MNCs such as Eaton (USA), Siemens (Germany) Prysmian Group (formerly Pirelli Cables) Italy. He is the founder and partner of Yantra Equipment Trading FZC, UAE and Ashwini Worldwide LLP, India.
Dr. Tatyasaheb Alagouda Patil obtained his BE (chem. Eng) from NIT Surathkal; MTech (IIT Kanpur) and PhD (IIT Bombay), followed by MBA (Finance). He is prestigious international DAAD Fellow for Post Doctoral Research at Karlsruhe University, Germany.
He worked over 13 years for very diversified public sector Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. in Senior Management capacity responsible for assets, manpower, technology, budgeting for Corporate R&D Centre. Undertook rigorous training at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.
